    Very good puzzle, the pieces are good quality and some are shapes I’ve never seen before. An interesting challenge for sure

    The puzzle was a typical puzzle and the pieces for the most part fit well with the occasional needing to force it in. What was frustrating about this puzzle was that the only image provided was the image on the back of the box as reference. Unfortunately that made seeing some of the fine writing very difficult to read. I wish they had provided a more poster size image as reference as many other puzzles typically will do. We are a big puzzling family so it was disappointing not to have a good image reference.

    I was missing a piece and had 2 of one piece. Very disappointing after spending time doing it and not getting the satisfaction of completing it.

    Update:Palidone is sending us another puzzle to make up for the missing piece. Hopefully this new one will be complete and not missing a piece. They did get back to me right away and wanted to fix this situation. Thank you for your prompt response!03/03/21When we finally finished the puzzle we realized there was a missing piece in the middle AND we had a duplicate piece too. It looks like they made a mistake and gave us an incomplete puzzle which is so disappointing since it was a challenging puzzle and took us a good amount of time to put it together. This was my husband’s Xmas present and I’m so sad he couldn’t complete it. I missed my return window too.

    This puzzle is really high quality. However, like many other reviews, we are missing pieces. No idea how this happens in the production process, but several pieces were not in the bag. Days of getting this challenging puzzle together to be disappointed that we can’t finish it.

    Awesome puzzle! But I did end up with two exact pieces and missing a boarder piece. Which is a tad annoying.

    My husband and I were so excited for this puzzle but like many other reviews, there are so many missing pieces. It’s disappointing because you don’t initially know you have missing pieces until you’ve already put a good amount of time into the puzzle. Will be returning. Get it together, folks
