    Usually I love these puzzles, but this one had 2 missing pieces. I followed manufacturers directions for replacement and they don’t respond.

    I liked that the pieces were a good size: not too small. They also were high quality. The puzzle was somewhat difficult to put together, but it was just about the right difficulty for what I wanted in a 1,000 piece puzzle being put together by adults. Like other reviewers I had to force it into a 20 x 28 frame, but that may have been a problem with the frame. I highly recommend this product and the seller. It arrived on time and in great condition.

    As an avid Harry Potter fan, and currently quarantined with family, this is a great project for a small or large group. With 1,000 pieces it gives you at least a couple of days to stay busy on a fun puzzle. I’d highly recommend it! Pieces are sturdy and it is a decent size overall. Great product

    Super fun puzzle. Definitely a higher difficulty level, but worth the effort. A more elegant take on the world of Harry Potter!When I went to frame it, it was a super tight fit in the 20×28 frame that I got so keep that in mind if you glue and frame it.

    This puzzle was pretty difficult! Lots of white/light blue pieces. It took me several days to complete on my own. Would not recommend to someone who gets frustrated easily. When complete it was wonderful and had beautiful brush details as if it was a Real painting.

    While it is an amazing picture and very detailed, finishing it up was incredibly disappointing when four pieces were missing. I am not sure if all of them have this problem but it was a few to many pieces to be anything other than a manufacturing issues.
