I bought this for someone who loves both Jane Austen and high quality jigsaw puzzles. She absolutely loves it. She’s having a great time picking out the characters.

I enjoy jigsaw puzzles. This one is so colorful. It also comes with a poster of Austen’s characters and their houses. Each can be found in the puzzle. My granddaughter had fun searching . Two games in one!

  3. Brenda

Liked the pictures printed on puzzle pieces and the explanation that accompanied the puzzle. The pieces were lighter in weight than some other brands and were harder to pick up off the table surface

I was looking for a different type of puzzle and really enjoyed this one! It turned out more difficult than I thought it would be. It includes a HUGE foldout of the puzzle picture, with lots of details on each Austen character printed on the back. I knocked off one star because this puzzle only has one type of shape piece — no variety. These aren’t my favorite.

    Love everything Jane Austen!

This was so fun to do, and just tricky enough to be challenging. The pieces were super sturdy and strong, and fit together well. The poster was really useful, and the character key on the back was so interesting. Made me want to go back and reread some of Austen’s books. Totally recommend it!

    — and am a huge Jane Austen fan. BUT this is the first puzzle I quit working. I found that completed sections of the puzzle could not be moved without them coming apart. I finally got tired of reassembling pieces I had already done. This is the only puzzle I’ve ever quit without finishing.

Beautiful puzzle. The pieces are very sturdy and the color is vibrant. The only minor issue is the pieces can fit kinda loose, so no pick up challenge for this puzzle. But everything else is great!

  9. M. Baily

If you love doing intricate puzzles, this one is for you. I consider it difficult to do, but I am really enjoying putting it together. It takes determination to complete it, but if you really like puzzles, you’ll consider this one well worth your time.

I’ve done a few of the puzzles in this line and every single one is beautiful, intricate and so much fun to put together. There’s a poster to guide you through assembly with a really interesting breakdown of the image on the back. It’s a challenging puzzle, to be sure, given how tiny the details are, but it never felt impossible and came together pretty easily with some focus. My only complaint about this line is all of the pieces are the standard “puzzle piece” shape with no variation. It’s not a huge problem, but it makes looking at a pile of pieces a bit mundane. I’ll probably do the entire series eventually and can’t wait to see what’s next.
