This was such a fun puzzle

This comes with a picture to follow so this puzzle isn’t really challenging. Each piece is a dog (and 1 cat) so I suppose you could do it without referencing the pic. That would just be attempting to fit the pieces together – not what I wanted out of a puzzle. Might be decent for little kids to just sort of search for the piece and put it in the correct spot.

Bought this for a puzzle loving friend. She thought it was extremely busy and hard which is what I wanted for her but then she cheated and looked it up online! She loved it!
AR –
I bought this puzzle because the art is adorable. I thought the cluster nature of it would make it extra challenging but it was surprisingly easy when you put together while looking at the cover. We still had fun, but were done very fast. Maybe a better gift for a kid!

My husband got me the 299 Cats and a Dog puzzle for Mother’s Day and I loved it so when I saw they were coming out with this 299 Dogs and a Cat puzzle, I immediately had him preorder it for me. The puzzle pieces are really well made (sturdy) and there was virtually no cardboard dust. I do all puzzles without looking at the box or included picture. If you looked at the picture of this puzzle, it would be far too easy and not challenging at all. Going by shape alone, this took me about three days to complete, which is on par with a 1000 piece puzzle (not looking at the box). The variety of dogs is fun. Some don’t look like dogs at all, but that just adds to the charm. I hope this company comes out with more puzzles that are similar to this, I really enjoy them.

Do it without the boarder or picture first, I call this expert level. Then do it with the border but still no picture – fun and you start to get the feel for it. Then do it with the picture and time yourself to see how fast you can do it! I have the cat version too and cant wait for the fish version to come out!

Front of the box is in German, back of the box is English. I’m assuming the puzzle is normal, it’s a xmas gift so I haven’t looked inside.
